ABSOLUTE

Think of this class as Pilates 101. 

Expect a challenging yet satisfying workout. We’ll focus on posture, core strength and the fundamentals that make Pilates…well, Pilates. It’s not flashy or fast, but it is everything you need to build a solid foundation in traditional Pilates. You’ll leave feeling stronger and more in tune with your body.

ADAPT

Athletic conditioning and a whole lot of focus.

Use extra resistance and props to really zero in on those muscles you want to sculpt and strengthen. This is the kind of class that makes you feel like you’ve earned every drop of sweat. You’ll feel empowered, full of energy and eager to come back again (after a little muscle recovery, of course.)

AMPLIFY

Turn up the intensity.

Build serious sweat while working on precision and power. This class is a high-energy, full-body workout using Jump-boards or Cardio-tramps (that’s trampolines, if you’re wondering.) It’s a fast-paced fusion of Pilates and barre fundamentals that’s perfect for if you love a challenge with a bit of fun thrown in.
